I dig this new thing called “Pinterest” — Jessica first introduced it to me when she needed me to create a logo for her business in Richmond, VA. She sent me a link to her board she created for this new restaurant idea and I was hooked! What a great tool to use for piecing together ideas, this could work in any avenue really, planning weddings, business concepts/ideas, decoration, styles, products, art, music, etc.. the possibilities are pretty endless. I’m pinned.
this a wonderful observation to make at such a young age!

THIN WALLS
“Two gun shots interrupt the lives of several people in a single apartment building”
Produced by Joe Carabeo
Directed by Joe Carabeo and Brian Sarvis
Its been awhile since I’ve posted one of my films on the GO ASTRAY site and I’m surprised I didn’t post this one. Say hello to, Thin Walls.
I produced/directed/wrote this film several years ago while I was still trying find my voice as a writer and a filmmaker. I’m under the school of, learn as I go, jump in with the sharks, etc etc. But I had a blast working on this film and its awesome cast. It was the first time I tried to create a picture with parallel tales that would interject some how with a common device. It’s no secret I’m a fan of that type of story. I find it very much like how life is. So many stories are happening all at once and we never get a chance to follow them, but they all influence each other whether we know it or not. We even made a small behind the scenes and outtakes that you can check out HEREEnjoy the show.
